Left lobe, longitudinal scan. Multiple hypoechogenic small lesions. The question is whether these are small incipient nodules or foci of thyroiditis. In the former case, the shape of the lesions would be more regular and the borders would be sharper. This picture is not decisive but corresponds with higher probability to Hashimoto's thyroiditis than to a nodular disease.
