Comparison of the lesion in the right lobe. On the left the lesion is presented at the first examination while on the left at the third examination. While on the former occasion it was doubtful whether the dorsal cystic area is a pathological nodule or not, on the follow-up it became more likely. There are two main causes for this difference? first the size and cystic content of the lesion have increased, second the extranodular part became less hypoechogenic over time.
