Differentiation of discrete lesions - case 1741 (ultrasonographic picture 7)

Lower part of the left lobe, longitudinal view. The only lesion which might raise the possibility being a nodule in a pathological sense is located in the lower pole. This is a complex hypoechogenic and echonormal lesion with regular, geometrical shape.
