Metastasis of a squamous cell lung cancer (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, horizontal view. Great part of the nodule is comprised of a hypoechogenic, inhomogenous nodule. There is another moderately hypoechogenic inhomogeneous nodule in the ventrolateral part (upper left in the picture).
