Subacute granulomatous de Quervain's thyroiditis - Case 28. (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, horizontal view. There is a large hypoechogenic lesion in the ventral part of the lobe. The borders are irregular. Smaller hypoechogenic lesions can be found, as well.
