Parathyroid carcinoma (ultrasonographic picture 4)

Left lobe, longitudinal view. The hypoechogenic lesion is close or within the lower part of the left thyroid. There is a hyperechogenic lesion in the central part of the thyroid. The latter proved to be a hyperplastic nodule on histopathological examination.
