Left lobe, longitudinal view. These hypoechogenic fields do not fit to nodules. The upper part of the lobe was described as a hypoehogenic nodule having microcalcifications. This is clearly a misinterpretation: this area is even not a discrete lesion. While the echogenic granules coexist with echogenic lines and therefore these are presentations of connective tissue.
