Clinical data: a 42-year-old woman was referred for evaluation thyroid nodule. She was investigated because of weight gain and fatigue.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Functional state: euthyroidism (TSH 1.64 mIU/L).

 

The lesion in question is located in the lower dorsal part of the left lobe.
