Clinical data: a 40-year-old woman requested a routine evaluation. She was treated for hypothyroidism for several years. After a gastric by pass surgery she remained euthyroid without replacement therapy. She had no complaints.
Palpation: a hard nodule in the left side of the isthmus.
Functional state: euthyroidism (TSH 2.21 mIU/L, anti-TPO 0 U/mL).
There are two lesions in question
the nodule in the right lobe (57/1) and
the nodule in the left lobe (57/2).
