The lobe is composed of multiple nodules. The nodule in the lower part of the macroscopic image proved to be an adenoma which is presented on ultrasound images. The lower, longitudinal scan demonstrates two nodules, the larger is the adenoma while the smaller corresponds to one of the hyperplastic nodules.
