Clinical presentation: A 31-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a thyroid nodule discovered on routine physical examination.
Palpation: The lower pole of the left lobe was nodular.
Laboratory test: TSH 1.53 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in left lobe.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 5x7x7 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: present.
Intranodular vascularization: present.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
