Clinical presentation: A 62-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a multinodular goiter detected on screening.
Palpation: The left lobe was nodular on palpation.
Laboratory test: TSH 2.31 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the upper part of the left lobe.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 10x10x12 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: present.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
