Clinical presentation: A 30-year-old woman noticed a painless lump in the right lobe one week prior to the examination.
Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.
Laboratory test: TSH 0.83 mIU/L, FT4 14.1 pM/L.
Lesion in question:
the solid nodule in the lower third of the right lobe, next lower to the larger cystic lesion.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 16x12x16 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: present.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
