Clinical presentation: A 36-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a thyroid nodule detected on ultrasound screening.
Palpation: no abnormality.
Laboratory test: TSH 3.51 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the central part of the left lobe.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 8x7x11 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: absent.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
