Clinical presentation: A 44-year-old woman was referred for aspiration cytology of a newly discovered nodule. The patient was examined because of repeated stillbirths.
Palpation: a hard nodule in the right lobe.
Laboratory test: TSH 0.73 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the right lobe.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 16x12x19 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: present.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
