Thyroid cancers - case 401 (ultrasonographic picture 4)

Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a large hypoechogenic nodule with two bright hyperechogenic granules and two or three larger, less bright figures with patchy appearance. The latter correspond to amyloid deposit.
