Thyroid cancers - case 665 (cytologic picture 1 of another smear)

Pap-smear, 100x.   The pattern in the upper central part differs from that in the lower part of the image. Atypical enlarged thyrocytes predominate the former cell groups, and the regular follicular cells do the latter groups.
