Anaplastic carcinoma - Case 6. (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, horizontal scan. Two hypoechogenic areas divided by echonormal parts. Macroscopic pathology disclosed that the ventral smaller hypoechogenic area corresponded to direct extracapsular spread of the tumor.
