The composition of the nodule - case 142 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan. This is a cystic nodule which has minimal solid part in the dorsal and lower part. Note the presence of various echogenic figures including comet-tail artifacts and granules in the cystic part without a tail.
