Lower part of the right lobe, transverse view. There is another hypoechoic lesion which has echogenic granules. These are related to ventral, more hypoechoic, probably cystic areas. Therefore, the origin of these granules is equivocal. Although the possibility of microcalcifications cannot be excluded, the figures are more llikely back wall cystic figures caused by posterior enhancement.
