Extrathyroidal spread - case conp 032 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Middle third of the left lobe, transverse scan. There is a hypoechogenic nodule that presents microcalcifications. The abutment seems to exceed 25% in this section. However, video proves that the perimeter abutment is less than 25%.
