Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. The thyroid is echonormal. There is a dominantly solid, isoechoic nodule in the ventrolateral part of the lobe. The lesion shows taller-than-wide shape and has numerous back wall cystic figures.
