Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, another longitudinal scan. This is a typical ultrasound presentation of lymphocytic thyroiditis: great proportion of the lobe is hypoechogenic while the small discrete echonormal areas correspond to intact parts of the lobe not or only less influenced by thyroiditis.
