Pap-smear, 200x.   This is the pathognomonic pattern of Hashimoto's thyroiditis: cell groups composed of oxyphilic cells mixed with lymphocytes. There is diffuse colloid in the background which is a relatively unusual finding in Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
