Data

Clinical presentation: A 20-year-old man came to a follow-up. We met him 3 years ago when multiple small nodules were found in the right lobe while the left was composed of multiple nodules. Cytology resulted in benign colloid goiter. The dimensions of the right lobe were 21x19x48 mm, those of the left lobe were 28x27x61 mm, width, depth, and length, respectively. The patient had no complaints.

Palpation: The left lobe was nodular.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.54 mIU/l, FT4 17.7 pM/l.

Diagnosis. Euthyroidism. Benign multinodular goiter.

Summary. The size of the lobes remained unchanged. We suggested ultrasound in three years.
