Clinical presentation: An 80-year-old woman was referred for a follow-up. She was operated twice, 51 years and 37 years ago because of benign goiter. Recently, low blood pressure and fatigue was observed.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory test: TSH 3.84 mIU/L.

Cytology resulted in benign lesion.

Diagnosis. Euthyroidism. Thyroid nodule recurrence.

Suggestion: There is nothing to do with the thyroid.
