Clinical data

Clinical data: A 71-year-old woman was referred for follow-up evaluation. The patient was know harboring a goiter for more than 40 years. She had no complaints.

Palpation: Both lobes were enlarged and had multiple, not firm nodules.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.37 mIU/L.
