Clinical data

Clinical data: A 50-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a nodular goiter detected by routine evaluation. The patient had no complaints.

Palpation: Both lobes were nodular on palpation, the left lobe seemd to be significantly enlarged.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.58 mIU/L, FT4 17.7 pM/L, aTPO 0.2 U/mL.
