Clinical data

Clinical presentation: A 55-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a nodular goiter which was discovered on ultrasound screening.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.30, FT4 13.1 pM/L, FT3 6.36 pM/L.

The dimensions of the lesion in question are 41x37x51 mm (width, depth, length, respectively).
