Clinical data

Clinical presentation: Regarding patient' history, see previous study. At the last visit a year ago, FNA was performed from the mass in the right thyroid bed. Only connective tissue fragments were found on the smear. Wash-out thyroglobulin was 0.1 ng/mL. The patient was referred for follow-up ultrasound examination.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Functional state: TSH 0.09 mIU/L, FT4 20.8 pM/L, thyroglobulin 0.08 ng/mL, anti-hTg below 20 U/mL on daily 125 microgram levothyroxine.
