Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. The thyroid is echonormal. The discrete lesion has significantly decreased in size and its borders became irregular, lobulated. Moreover, the echogencity of the nodule has also changed from echonormal to moderately hypoechoic.
