The shape of the nodule - case 2016 (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan. The intranodular echogenic figures are partly related to ventral cystic areas. Moreover, not only granules but even lines are found. It means that these figures are not microcalcifications but back wall figures.
