Study on 100 consecutive patients with thyroid nodule - case 010 (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan. There is a large echonormal area in the central field of vision and small hyperechogenic discrete lesions in the lower part of the lobe. It is equivocal whether the large lesion is a nodule in a pathological sense or not.
