Presentation of the lesion in the right lobe - comparison of the first and the third examination. On the left, the lesion is presented at the first examination while on the right, at the third examination. While on at the former occasion, it was doubtful whether the dorsal cystic area is a pathological nodule or not, on the follow-up it became more likely. There are two main causes for this difference: firstly, the size and cystic content of the lesion have increased, secondly, the extranodular part became less hypoechogenic over time.
