Left lobe, another longitudinal scan. There are several minimally-moderately hypoechogenic areas in the dorsal part of the lobe. The borders of these echo abnormalities are irregular. On this view, it seems to be obvious that the dorsal hypoechoic areas are not pathological nodules.
