Clinical presentation: A 68-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a suspected hypothyroidism. She gained 103 kg in half a year.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.86 mIU/l.

Cytology resulted in benign lesion.

Diagnosis. Euthyroidism. Benign nodular goiter.
