Discrete lesion or nodule in Hashimoto's thyroiditis - case 10 (95) (ultrasonographic picture 5)

Lower part of the left lobe, transverse scan. There is an isoechoic lesion with regular shape, sharp borders and halo sign. This lesion is very likely a nodule in pathological sense.
