Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Upper part of the right lobe, transverse view. The thyroid is minimally hypoechogenic and has tiny and one relatively larger hypoechogenic area. The latter is located in the ventrolateral part of the lobe and presents echogenic lines which correspond to connective tissue.
