Left lobe, longitudinal view. These hypoechogenic fields do not correspond to nodules. The upper part of the lobe was described as a hypoechogenic nodule having microcalcifications. This is clearly a misinterpretation: this area is even not a discrete lesion. The echogenic granules coexist with echogenic lines, therefore these are presentations of connective tissue.
