Clinical data

Clinical presentation: A 45-yr-old woman came to a follow-up exam. Five years ago, FNA was performed form a nodule in the left lobe; 2.4 mL cystic fluid was aspirated. Cytology resulted in benign, cystic-colloid goiter. She had no thyroid-linked complaints in the upcoming years.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.79 mIU/L.

Additional data:

In the video first the current examination is presented ('Part 3'), then the clip recorded five years ago ('Part 1') is shown.

The size of the lesion was 13x11x14 mm and 22x17x28 mm, recent exam and 5 years ago, respectively.
