Clinical data: An 81-yr-old woman was referred for evaluation of a nodule in the right lobe which was detected on PET-CT scan. The patient was operated on colon cancer 11 months ago.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory data: TSH 3.92 mIU/L, aTPO 2 U/mL.
