Clinical data: A 52-yr-old man came to a follow-up of nodule which has been known for 5 years. At the time of diagnosis aspiration cytology was performed from two nodules in the left lobe. FNA resulted in follicular tumor in the largest lesion. The patient had no complaints and refused to undergo surgery.
Palpation: a moderately firm nodule in the left lobe.
Laboratory data: TSH 1.53 mIU/L.
