Clinical data: A 35-year-old woman came to a follow-up. She has been known having an autonomously functioning adenoma. She was euthyroid and has not got any thyroid medication, yet.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the isthmus.

Laboratory data: TSH 0.72 mIU/L.
