Clinical data: A 63-year-old woman known harboring an autonomously functioning adenoma came to a follow-up visit. She had no complaints.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the left lobe.

Laboratory data: TSH 0.34 mIU/L, FT4 14.2 pM/L
