Clinical data: A 27-year-old woman came to follow-up. She underwent percutaneous ethanol sclerotherapy 3 month ago. The size of the nodule was 19x15x33 mm (width, depth, length) before the treatment. She has lost her husband for three months and thereafter diffuse complaints including weight loss, anxiety and sleep disturbance had evolved.
Palpation: The left lobe was a bit sensitive on palpation. No nodules was palpable.
Laboratory data: TSH 5.61 mIU/L.Â
