Clinical data: A 32-yr-old woman requested a second opinion. She was at the 31st gestational week. She has been treated with levothyroxine since the early weeks of pregnancy because of a TSH level (3.41 mIU/L) which was held not ideal.
Palpation: no abnormality.
Laboratory data: TSH 0.04 mIU/L, FT4 17.6 pM/L, aTPO undetectable on daily 75 microgram levothyroxine.
