Clinical data: A 25-year-old woman requested evaluation of a thyroid cyst which recurred a few months after the aspiration of 3.5 mL brown fluid.

Palpation: an elastic nodule in the left lobe.

Laboratory data: TSH 1.43 mIU/L.
