Clinical data: A 40-year-old woman came to a rutine follow of a thyroid nodule discovered 4 years ago. At that time, 5 mL cystic fluid was aspirated and cytology resulted in non-diagnostic (cystic fluid only) report. At the present visit, she had no complaints.

Laboratory data: TSH 1.52 mIU/L.
