Clinical data: A 41-yr-old woman was referred for evaluation of a nodular goiter which has been discovered for 18 months.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory data: TSH 1.51 mIU/L, FT4 15.8 pM/L.
