Clinical data: A 60-year-old woman was referred for follow-up of a nodular goiter. A benign colloid goiter was diagnosed three years ago.

Palpation: a multinodular goiter without any nodule suspicious on palpation.

Laboratory data: euthyroidism with TSH 2.11 mIU/L.
